Thread Evolution since August 2019, Penni focuses on sustainable fashion by promoting recycling and remaking styles. In addition, Penni serves as a Nurse Insurance Examiner at CAPGEM Technical Services, LLC and has established the monthly support group Shatter the Silence Take Back Your Life to address and raise awareness about sexual assault and trauma. Penni holds the position of Director at Sioux Rivers Crisis and Stabilization Center, contributing expertise in crisis management and mental health. With a background in modeling and print work, Penni also operates a personalized jewelry business, Penni's Prints, and is pursuing expertise as a FETI-trained professional.
