Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking
Carolyn Lumpkin, LCSW, serves as the Chief Impact & Operating Officer at the Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking (CAST) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions within United Friends of the Children, including Vice President of Programs and Director of Clinical Support, from March 2019 to February 2022. Carolyn also worked at CAST as the Director of Empowerment Programs from February 2016 to March 2019. Carolyn's extensive experience includes roles at the Children's Institute, Inc., SHIELDS for Families, and the Dorothy Kirby Center, among others, with a focus on evidence-based therapy and program management for youth and families. Carolyn holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSW from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Touro University Worldwide.
