Brian Faley

Brian Faley has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles at Castle Biosciences, Inc. and Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. At Castle Biosciences, Inc., Brian served as the Medical Science Liaison Director for the East, where responsibilities included managing a team of 4-6 MSLs and developing team goals for 2022. Previously at Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Brian held several leadership positions, culminating as Senior Director of Clinical Educators for the West and Interim Senior Director of the MSL Team for the East, where Brian drove medical strategy and led teams of up to 10 professionals. Brian’s earlier experience includes roles at Rutgers University as Program Director for a PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency and Clinical Assistant Professor, as well as Clinical Pharmacist in Emergency Medicine at HUMC. Brian holds a Pharm.D. from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and completed an Emergency Medicine Specialty Pharmacy Residency at Rutgers University.
