Suzanne Gush serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Castle Community Bank since October 2022. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of Group Financial Planning & Analysis Director at Virgin Money from May 2010 to April 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Decision Support at RBS from 2006 to 2010, Financial Controller at British Vita between 1997 and 2000, and Management Accountant at Ball Packaging Europe from 1993 to 1996. Suzanne earned a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University from 1989 to 1993.
