Lauren Stephenson

Lauren Stephenson has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2008. In that time, they have held various roles in five different companies. Lauren began their career at Wedgewood Pharmacy as an Aseptic Compounding Technician, where they prepared sterile products and sterilized bulk sterile product. Lauren then moved to NuCare Compounding Pharmacy in 2013, where they were a Compounding Technician and was responsible for the preparation of non-sterile formulations, packaging and shipping of compounded preparations, and formulating compounded medications. In 2015, they joined Kedrion Biopharma as an Aseptic Fill Finish Technician, where they set up and operated Bausch + Stroebel SFM5110, cleaned and maintained controlled environments and manufacturing equipment, and worked within ISO 6/ISO 5 aseptic core. In 2017, they joined Pentec Health as a Product Development Lead. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Castle Creek Biosciences, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist.

Lauren Stephenson received their High School Diploma from John F Kennedy High School in 2003. Lauren then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware, which they completed in 2007. After that, they obtained a Master of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from Thomas Jefferson University in 2022.
