Joann Keala Farias

JoAnn Keala Farias has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Accounts Payable Coordinator at Castle Resorts & Hotels since December 2015. Prior to this role, JoAnn worked at JW Marriott Ihilani Resort from July 1993 to February 2015, holding positions in Accounts Receivables, Corporate Reservations, and Concierge, where responsibilities included managing Marriott Rewards and handling corporate contracts. JoAnn began a career in customer service at Classic Hawaii from January 1981 to July 1993, overseeing daily service needs and assisting with sales for tours and shows. JoAnn is a graduate of McKinley High School.
