Robin Dame has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as General Manager at Castle Resorts & Hotels since September 2012. Prior to this role, Robin held prominent positions including Director of Operations at Merriman's from 2008 to March 2012, and Vice President of Franchise Operations at Kinder's Meats-Deli-BBQ from October 2004 to December 2007, where oversight of franchise compliance and sales growth was a primary focus. Additionally, Robin was the Director of Operations at Ruby's Diner, Inc. from October 2001 to September 2004, managing numerous company and franchise units with an emphasis on sales building and cost control. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 1980.
