Mark Houchens

Mark Houchens is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in IT support and network administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Castle Hill Gaming since December 2019, Mark manages Microsoft Entra ID and Office365, as well as overseeing Meraki network operations. Previous experience includes a role as a Tier 3 Desktop Support Specialist for UVA Radiology, where troubleshooting and supporting over 2500 devices were key responsibilities, and as an IT Specialist at the Jefferson Area Board for Aging, managing an on-premise Microsoft Active Directory domain. Mark's foundational skills were developed during service in the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Ordnance Technician, where responsibilities included maintenance and training in safety protocols. Mark's education was completed at Piedmont Virginia Community College between 2014 and 2017.
