Thomas Allen II

Thomas Allen II is a seasoned professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as Creative Director at Castle Hill Gaming since April 2025. Prior experience includes Lead Game Designer at Eclipse Gaming Systems, where responsibilities involved integrating modern game mechanics and collaborating with senior management. Thomas held the position of Advanced Game Designer at Light & Wonder, contributing to the creation of compelling games through creativity and cooperation. As a Producer III, Game Designer, and Mathematician at IGT, Thomas oversaw the entire game's creative flow. Additional experience includes academic roles as a Graduate Assistant and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Central Missouri and the University of Southern Indiana, respectively, focusing on mathematics education.
