Kathryn Edwards MBA MEd is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Castle HR since February 2023, Kathryn provides fractional HR services tailored for startups and small to medium-sized businesses. As the owner of Peoplefit Solutions Inc. since May 2016, Kathryn offers consulting and advisory services to help startups and SMBs optimize their operations. Previously, Kathryn held significant positions, including Head of Human Resources at JD Irving, Limited and Aditya Birla Group, and Director of HR Operations at URS Corporation. With a strong educational background, Kathryn holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and an MBA, alongside additional qualifications in diversity and inclusion.
