Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading companies across various industries. Currently, Weiss serves as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of both Trailborn and Castle Peak Holdings, and as a Co-Founder of RISE Brewing Co. Weiss was also a founding team member and board member at Pencils of Promise from 2008 to 2020. Previous roles include VP of Growth at Maple Food Co., Co-Founder and Head of Product at Compass Inc., and a position in Product & Operations at Airbnb. Weiss's early career included significant roles in Merchant Banking and Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. Weiss holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University.
