Krosbie Carter, MPA, currently serves as a Policy Advisor for Housing & Economic Development at the Washington State Department of Natural Resources since October 2023. With extensive experience in community planning and real estate, Krosbie has held positions such as Real Estate Agent at Castle Realty and Associate Planner for Outreach & Community Engagement at the Thurston Regional Planning Council. Prior roles include Director of Thurston Thrives at the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce and Associate Long Range Planner for Thurston County.
