Cody Spears

Cody Spears is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in operations management, law enforcement, real estate, and e-commerce. As the Director of Operations and Owner at TraceMySpace since August 2021, Cody leads a team that specializes in creating affordable custom inserts for individuals and businesses utilizing advanced software and precision cutting technologies. Concurrently, in various roles since March 2011 at the Holmen Police Department, Cody has progressed from Police Officer to Captain, demonstrating a commitment to public safety. As a Real Estate Agent with Castle Realty, LLC since May 2013, Cody focuses on providing a seamless home buying and selling experience for clients. Previously, in the role of Co-Owner at OmniDepot, LLP from May 2016 to January 2022, Cody managed an e-commerce venture in the Amazon marketplace. Cody also owned US Public Heroes from April 2018 until its successful sale in November 2019. Educationally, Cody holds a Master’s degree in Public Safety Executive Leadership from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
