Matt Runkle

Matt Runkle has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse background in various industries. Matt is currently working at CastleBridge Consulting as a Practice Manager, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Principal Consultant at the same company since February 2021.

Before joining CastleBridge Consulting, Matt worked at QC Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant from May 2018 to February 2021. Matt also gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at KBACE Technologies from July 2013 to May 2018.

Matt began their career in the financial sector, starting at PNC as an Assistant Branch Manager III from July 2008 to July 2013. Prior to that, they held various positions at Wells Fargo Financial, including Store Manager from June 2006 to July 2008, Assistant Store Manager from September 2005 to June 2006, and Credit Manager from June 2004 to September 2005.

Matt gained foundational experience as an Intern and Program Assistant at Junior Achievement from January 2003 to May 2004. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at GNC from June 2002 to August 2003.

Matt Runkle attended Western Kentucky University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Corporate & Organizational Communication with a focus on Business. In addition to their formal education, they hold several certifications from Oracle, including the Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud 2016 Certified Implementation Specialist, General Product Support Specialist v4.0, Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Recruiting Cloud 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist. Matt also has a certification as an Oracle Digital Assistant Platform Solution Engineering Specialist, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
