Nicholas Theros

Nicholas Theros is a Principal Consultant at CastleBridge Consulting since May 2021, with prior roles as Manager and Senior Consultant at The Hackett Group from February 2019 to May 2021, and as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at KBACE, A Cognizant Company from January 2015 to January 2019. Nicholas has extensive experience in facilitating project requirements, leading project planning and implementation, coordinating application testing, and conducting training sessions for both management and end-users. Notably, Nicholas played a key role in implementing a global Commercial Support Services solution for a client across 60 countries. Earlier experience includes providing Level 2 support during the EPIC EHR system implementation at the University of Michigan Health System. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University, completed in 2014.
