Mark Davenport

Mark joined CH in April, 2018 as portfolio manager. The company’s growing list of developments required attention from additional lending management experts. Past positions, such as residential delivery manager with NAMA, lending administrator with Dunbar Assets, and lending executive for IBRC, have given Mark the industry knowledge needed to execute his job at the highest level.

His daily responsibilities at Castlehaven include project oversight, as well as drawdowns and monitoring development progress. Mark is well-suited to working with clients on an interpersonal level and enjoys learning the particulars of each project, as well as developing relationships with CH clients along the way.
