Kelsey Read is currently the Director of Lending & Capital Markets at Castlelake, having advanced from the role of Senior Associate there in 2023. Prior to this, Kelsey served as an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2020 to 2021, and held the position of Analyst in Investment Banking focusing on Asset Backed Securities. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University, following a high school diploma from Le Lycee Francais de Los Angeles.
