Rachael Greaves has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachael co-founded Castlepoint Systems in 2016 and served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) responsible for growth, operations, and governance. Rachael also held the role of Co-founder and CEO and served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Regulatory Lead for AI at Castlepoint Systems.

Rachael also worked as an Architect for ActewAGL SharePoint and RecordPoint Implementation, where they provided consultancy services for the development, testing, and deployment of the ActewAGL SharePoint based AIMS Platform. Rachael developed a detailed Governance Model for business, systems, and executive roles for SharePoint 2010, RecordPoint, and Colligo, and implemented the SharePoint/RecordPoint solution for Divisions.

Rachael had various roles at Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Ltd, including Business Architect for Mobile Device Management in 2014, Business Architect and Enterprise Analyst for LMAL/Australian Taxation Office from 2013 to 2014, and Architect for the End to End Views Business Intelligence Project from 2013 to 2014.

Their earlier experience includes working as an Enterprise Analyst and Business Architect at the Murray-Darling Basin Authority from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they undertook enterprise analysis to establish the need for a whole of organization Enterprise Planning and Reporting System.

Overall, Rachael Greaves possesses a strong background in information management, security, and records management, with experience in leadership and consultancy roles.

Rachael Greaves completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from The Australian National University from 2000 to 2005. Rachael then went on to pursue a BA Hons degree from the same institution, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
