Michele Chang

Michele Chang is a seasoned public relations and communications professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global PR and Communications Manager at Castlery since April 2025, Michele oversees brand storytelling in key markets, managing global PR and communications efforts. Prior roles include Group Head of Marketing and Communications at Les Amis Group, where Michele led multiple teams and strategies, and APAC Director of Brand Development for Food & Beverage at Hilton Worldwide, focusing on enhancing guest dining experiences. Additional experience includes strategic marketing roles at OuterEdit, Synel Industries, and Chopard, where Michele developed impactful branding and PR initiatives across various regions. Michele holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Communications New Media from the National University of Singapore.
