Xiao Xuan Gan currently serves as the Lead Global CX Specialist at Castlery since June 2023. Previously, Xiao Xuan Gan held the position of Regional CX Assistant Manager at Samsung Electronics, where exceptional customer experiences were designed across eight Southeast Asian and Oceania countries. From January 2018 to December 2021, Xiao Xuan Gan worked at Changi Airport Group as both Assistant Manager and Senior Associate, focusing on service optimization and operational collaboration with airport partners. Before that, from August 2015 to December 2017, Xiao Xuan Gan managed daily operations at Changi General Hospital's Eye Clinic and Changi Sports Medicine Centre, leading a team of 35 frontline staff. Xiao Xuan Gan's career began as a Research Intern at A*STAR and the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore, supporting various research projects. Xiao Xuan Gan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) in Life Sciences with specialisation in Biomedical Sciences from the National University of Singapore and has also studied at Korea University.
