Richard Leonard

Richard Leonard is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Group CFO at Castlethorn since January 2025, Richard previously held key positions at Glenveagh Properties plc, including Head of Finance and Group Financial Controller. Richard has also contributed as a lecturer at Chartered Accountants Ireland and Trinity College Dublin. Earlier career roles include Finance Manager at CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd and various positions at Deloitte Ireland, where Richard progressed from Trainee Accountant to Senior Manager. Richard holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Accounting from Dublin City University and an ACA qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
