Shawn Ikpa

Shawn Ikpa has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Shawn is the Founder and President of Castletop Logistics LLC since 2020, where they are responsible for last-mile operations and managing a team of delivery associates. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Advisor at Castletop Investments, where they focused on buying, scaling, and selling online businesses. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Chewy, first as an Associate Director, where they launched a new business unit worth over $100M, and later as a Senior Manager, Chewy Brands, where they owned P&L functions for the Private Label business. Before Chewy, they worked at Amazon as a Sr. Vendor Manager and later as a Sr. Instock Manager, where they developed partnerships and pricing strategies and managed inventory for various product categories. Shawn also has experience in finance roles at Delta Air Lines and served as Assistant Professor of Naval Science/Operations Officer at Georgia Institute of Technology. Shawn started their career in the US Navy, where they held roles as a Training Officer and Auxiliary and Electrical Officer.

Shawn Ikpa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology - National Security Affairs from the United States Naval Academy between 2001 and 2005. In 2010 to 2011, they attended the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business for a Global Executive MBA, and in 2023, they completed the Computer User Support Program in Information Technology at ACI Learning. Additionally, Shawn obtained certifications as a Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) from Disability:IN in July 2023 and as a Service-Disabled Veterans' Business Enterprise (SDVBE) from NaVOBA in June 2023.
