Richard Berger

Richard Berger is an experienced technology leader with a background in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as Manager of WebApplications at Castlight Health since July 2014, Richard has previously held key positions such as VP of Engineering at 4Spires, Inc., where Richard created a commitment management RESTful API, and VP of Product Management at Action Technologies, focusing on product strategy and automation processes. Throughout a distinguished career, Richard has managed engineering teams and developed software systems at organizations including NextCard, 2Bridge Software, Mosaix, ViewStar Corporation, and Sun Microsystems. Richard holds an MBA from Stanford University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math from Cornell University.
