Bruce Engelhardt

Bruce Engelhardt is the current director of Southeast Property Management at Casto Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a group manager at Jones Lang LaSalle from December 2009 to February 2012, where they were responsible for managing over 1.5 million square feet of retail shopping centers located in OH, KY, MI, WI, and VA for four ownership groups. From April 2001 to November 2009, they worked as vice president of property management at Continental Real Estate Companies, responsible for the daily operations and marketing of malls, lifestyle centers, and power shopping centers located in OH, NC, NJ, TN, CA, and OR ranging in size from 185,000 s.f. to 400,000 sq.ft. Bruce also worked as a general manager at Prime Retail from June 1998 to April 2001 and at Glimcher Realty Trust from June 1987 to June 1998.

Bruce Engelhardt has a certification from Hondros College in Real Estate Appraisal, a certification from Hondros College in Real Estate Finance, a certification from Columbus State Community College in Real Estate Practices, and a certification from Columbus Community College in Real Estate Law.
