Massimo Rastrelli

Massimo Rastrelli is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Divisional Projects Management at CASTO since November 2008. At CASTO, a leading retail and residential real estate company with over 23 million square feet of retail space, Massimo specializes in leasing Florida shopping centers and developing third-party leasing initiatives. Their experience extends to managing partnerships and developing strategies for acquiring distressed assets and income-producing properties across the United States. Previously, Massimo held the position of Managing Partner at Jamax from January 2013 to January 2016, and served as President of Lemax Development from April 2003 to October 2015, a consulting firm focused on asset management in Florida. Massimo's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
