Stephanie May Beaumier

Dr. Stephanie May Beaumier is currently the MD of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Casto Inc. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the field of real estate and investment banking.

Stephanie began their career as a Senior Research Associate in Corporate Finance at Greenwich Associates. Stephanie then moved on to become the Director of Best Execution Comparison Service. In 2000, Stephanie joined Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in their Global Real Estate division. Stephanie worked on various projects involving the valuation of public and private entities. In 2002, Stephanie left Merrill Lynch to join Vornado Realty Trust as an Associate in their retail division. Stephanie was responsible for annual mall budget forecasting, financial analysis and leasing. Stephanie left Vornado in 2003 to join Casto Inc., where they have been working ever since.

Stephanie May Beaumier completed their high school education at Lake Forest High School. Stephanie then went on to study at Colgate University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology, with a minor in German.
