Jessica Koepp is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the Americas at Castolin Eutectic since March 2021, Jessica has held multiple HR roles including Senior Human Resources Generalist at Blair Fire Protection and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Visa Lighting. With a foundational background in education as a Middle School English Teacher and previous positions in HR administration and employee relations, Jessica possesses a comprehensive skill set in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
