Rajneesh Dube

Rajneesh Dube has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rajneesh currently works at Castolin Eutectic as the Managing Director since January 2023. Prior to this position, they served as the Regional Manager for the SEA Region from May 2019 to December 2022, and as the Head of Operations (Indonesia) from April 2017 to May 2019.

Before joining Castolin Eutectic, Rajneesh worked at voestalpine Böhler Welding as the M&R Segment Manager for the South East Asia & Pacific region from July 2013 to December 2016.

Rajneesh also gained experience at EWAC ALLOYS LIMITED as the Head of M&R Business Development from October 2012 to June 2013.

Rajneesh's earlier career includes various roles at Larsen & Toubro Power, where they served as the DGM Sales & Marketing (Total Solutions) Welding products Business from April 2008 to October 2012, Zonal Manager (Sales) Welding products Business from March 2006 to March 2008, Executive Training & Development (Eutectic Welding Products Business) from April 2003 to February 2006, Area Supervisor (Eutectic Welding Products Business) from April 1998 to March 2003, and Application Specialist (Eutectic Welding products Business) from March 1992 to March 1998.

Rajneesh Dube's education history begins in 1982 when they attended Campion School Bhopal, where they acquired a Matric degree with a focus in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Following this, from 1986 to 1989, they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at S V Government Polytechnic Bhopal. Finally, in 2010-2011, Rajneesh attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Industrial Marketing.
