Romain F. Krizek

Romain F. Krizek is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in treasury, risk controlling, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of Global Treasury at Castolin Eutectic since April 2025, Romain previously held the position of Senior Manager Group Treasury at SGL Carbon from June 2022 to March 2025. Prior roles include Senior Manager Structured Finance at KION Group and various positions in risk controlling and finance at Linde Leasing GmbH. Romain's career began at Dresdner Bank AG, where roles ranged from client relationship management to securities and treasury products sales. Romain holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and is furthering leadership skills through the High Potentials Leadership Program at St. Gallen Business School.
