Clint Clinton has extensive work experience in various roles within the military and private sector. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Security Manager and later transitioned to a Communications Technician in the Royal Marines. Lawrence 'Clint' then became the Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2010 and a Recruit Troop Commander from 2010 to 2011 within the same organization. Clinton then joined the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines as an Operations Officer from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for managing multiple training programs for recruits. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Castor Vali Ltd.

Lawrence 'Clint' Clinton completed their education at the Alliance Manchester Business School, where they obtained a Leadership and Management Level 8 (MA Equivalent) degree in Advanced Management Achievement. This education lasted until 2013.

In addition to their degree, Clint obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner through the association for NLP. In 2013, they attained the Association of Project Management Professional (APMP) certification from the Association of Project Managers (APM), as well as the Prince2 Registered Practitioner in Project Management certification from APMG International. Finally, in 2011, they obtained the IOSH Managing Safely certification from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
