Connor Ladly-Fredeen

Connor Ladly-Fredeen currently serves as the Director of Delivery Engineering at Castor, focusing on innovative medical research tools since July 2025. Prior to this role, Connor was the Director of Engineering at Adeptmind, where leadership was provided to teams developing efficient online retail tools, overseeing multiple product deliveries to medium and large retailers. Additionally, Connor has held various technical positions at Adeptmind, including Software Engineering Lead and Software Developer, contributing to an online product discovery platform and developing APIs. Early experiences include roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo, Software Engineering Co-op at Adeptmind, and internships at various notable organizations like RBC and The Return on Disability Group. Connor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
