Paul Jenkinson

Paul Jenkinson is an accomplished merchandising professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Merchandising Director at Castore since April 2023, Paul previously held several positions at Superdry from September 2017 to March 2023, including Head of Inventory Management, Outlet and Stock Clearance Manager, and Head of Merchandising. Earlier career highlights include a long tenure at Store Twenty One, where Paul was responsible for merchandising across multiple departments, and roles at Matalan, starting as an Assistant Merchandiser and progressing to Senior Merchandiser. Paul holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 2002.
