Paul Jenkinson

Paul Jenkinson is an accomplished merchandising professional with extensive experience in inventory management and retail merchandising. In the role of Merchandising Director at Castore from April 2023 to August 2024, as well as previous positions at Superdry between September 2017 and March 2023, which included Head of Inventory Management and Head of Merchandising, Paul provided strategic oversight across various retail sectors. Paul’s career began at Matalan, where progression from Trainee Merchandiser to Senior Merchandiser in Homeware took place. Additionally, Paul held the position of Head of Merchandising at Store Twenty One from September 2007 to July 2017, overseeing budget management and trading across multiple product categories. Paul holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from the University of Staffordshire.
