Carol Cahill

Carol Cahill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carol started their career as a Line Chef at Mohegan Sun from September 2001 to October 2003. Carol then ventured into entrepreneurship and owned the Pit Road Cafe from June 2006 to May 2007. Carol later served as a Restaurant Manager at Hurricane Hanks from July 2008 to November 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Kitchen Manager at Gill Dawg for a period of February to September. Carol'smost recent role was as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Castriota Chevrolet Inc, starting in October 2015.

Carol Cahill attended Manchester Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they received a Double Associates Culinary Arts Certification. Carol'sstudies focused on Foodservice Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, and Culinary Arts.
