Chauncey Wells

Chauncey Wells is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in consulting and military communication systems. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Castro & Company since June 2023, Chauncey previously held the role of Signal Officer in the United States Army Reserve beginning in December 2017, overseeing critical communication systems for military missions. Prior to these positions, Chauncey worked as a Consultant at Deloitte, a Staff Consultant at EY, and a Financial Staff Consultant at Creative Business Solutions, Inc., gaining expertise in finance, risk management, and strategic execution. Chauncey began military service as a Signal Officer in the Army National Guard from May 2015 to August 2018. Chauncey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Grambling State University, obtained in 2017.
