Tracy's experience also includes roles as Senior Manager, Audit Manager, and Supervisory Senior, demonstrating expertise in compliance, financial audit execution, and vulnerability assessment within Medicare programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Forensic Accounting from Stevenson University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an Associate Degree from Luzerne County Community College.
