Jaime Garcia

Jaime Garcia is an experienced executive in the automotive lubricants industry, currently serving as Vice President of Auto Lubricants Europe at Castrol since July 2021. In this role, Jaime leads the lubricants business for the automotive segment, focusing on strategy, market development, and long-term objectives while managing a high-performance team and promoting diversity within the organization. Prior to this position, Jaime held roles including Europe Sales Director Auto Direct & RKAM at Castrol and OEM & FWS Global Marketing Director at Castrol. Jaime's career began at BP, where leadership roles included Spain & Portugal Lubes Sales Manager and Workshop Channel Manager. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from San Jose State University.
