Kaushik Gohil

Kaushik Gohil has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing with companies like Castrol, OYO Home, Unilever, Larsen & Toubro, and Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited. At OYO Home, Kaushik was responsible for setting up operational systems, managing teams, and improving customer experience. At Unilever, Kaushik led the operations of an beverages plant and managed assets worth over 100 Cr. Kaushik also has experience as a supply chain trainee and has worked on projects involving fabrication of a nuclear submarine and manufacturing of an ATV. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University.
