Leszek Radzikowski

Leszek Radzikowski is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently serving as the Sales Director for Castrol in Central Eastern Europe since August 2021. Radzikowski is responsible for overseeing automotive sales, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors, across Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Prior to this role, Radzikowski held various positions at bp, including Interim Auto & Industrial Distributor Sales Director, where leadership of the Castrol Lubricants business was a key responsibility, as well as serving as Distributor Business Manager and National Distributors Sales & Retail Sales Manager. Beginning a career at Castrol in 2000, Radzikowski progressed through several roles, demonstrating a strong focus on sales growth, pricing strategies, and compliance with industry standards.
