Ritika Agarwal is an experienced professional in health, safety, sustainability, and environmental management. Currently serving as the Health Safety and Sustainability Environment & Carbon Advisor (HSSE&C Manager) at Castrol since April 2018, Ritika drives BP's sustainability agenda within sales operations and leads critical health, safety, and sustainability processes in regional offices. Prior to Castrol, Ritika worked as an EHS Manager at CBRE, focusing on environmental health and safety for the BFSI sector, and held a role in Environmental Sustainability, Health and Safety at Tata Consultancy Services. Ritika's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environment Management from IIM Mumbai and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology.
