Shi-Jie Wang

Shi-Jie (CJ) Wang is currently serving as a People & Culture Senior Advisor at Castrol since May 2023, contributing expertise within the bp ecosystem. Previously held roles include HRBP for Commercial & Corp. Functions at FrieslandCampina and multiple positions at bp, including a Senior Advisor in Consulting AsPac. Shi-Jie also worked as an HR Manager at Rev Ad Solutions, overseeing HR operations in a marketing-focused startup. Earlier experience includes HRBP and HR Executive roles at iflix, alongside project coordination and HR support functions at Maxis Berhad. Shi-Jie earned a Bachelor's Honours degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Universiti Malaysia Sabah between 2010 and 2013.
