Yiannis Triantafyllopoulos

Yiannis Triantafyllopoulos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) management. Currently serving as the HSSE & C Agile Squad Lead and HSSE Manager for Iberia, Italy, the Balkans, Central and Eastern Europe, and Poland at Castrol since April 2019, Yiannis Triantafyllopoulos focuses on ensuring compliance with HSSE legislation and BP policies while enhancing risk management and identifying opportunities for sustainable value. Prior to this, Yiannis Triantafyllopoulos held the position of Interim Regional HSSE Manager for Europe and Africa within BP's Lubricants Business from January 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities included coaching regional leaders on HSSE compliance and leading the implementation of ISO standards. Yiannis Triantafyllopoulos holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Aegean, and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
