Stefan Weber

Stefan Weber is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and culinary industries. Since May 2005, Stefan has been a strategic advisor and managing partner at Casualfood GmbH. In June 2019, Stefan founded and became a partner at Omakase Four GmbH, which participates in various gastronomy and club concepts, including Gibson Club, Club Social Mexicano, and La Taqueria, as well as young startups. Stefan is also a founding partner at Supreme Sports Hospitality and has held partnership roles at character London and Wildfire London since July 2019. Stefan holds a degree in communications and marketing from the Akademie für Kommunikation.
