Pilar Deza

Pilar Deza is a seasoned educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading various educational institutions and organizations in Peru. Currently serving as Presidente at Harvard Club Peru since November 2022, Pilar also founded Team Academy Perú in July 2016, a prominent network for entrepreneurial education with a presence in over 12 countries. Pilar holds the honorary title of Cónsul Honorario de Georgia in Peru and founded Ranch Pachacamac, a natural retreat near Lima. Foundational roles include establishing Los Olivos College, CONIN Perú, Casuarinas International College, and Nido Casuarinas, all dedicated to innovative educational methodologies and holistic development. Pilar's academic background includes degrees from Harvard Business School, Universidad Inca Garcilazo De la Vega, and Universidad de Navarra.
