Dan M. is an experienced CRM and marketing professional, currently serving as the CRM Director at Casumo since May 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held various leadership positions, including Head of Retention Marketing at LeoVegas Group, overseeing a 50-person department and managing CRM performance across multiple markets. Dan has a strong background in casino operations, having led the launch of new casinos at iGaming Group and managed P&L responsibilities. Previous roles include Head of CRM at BitStarz Casino and Country Manager for Finland at Kindred Group plc. Dan is also the founder of Coiden Exchange and has held several positions in customer experience and CRM across notable companies such as Betsson Group and Betfair. Dan is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership at the University of Bradford while holding a Business Administration degree from the University of Malta and marketing qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
