Apryl Felver is an experienced professional in loyalty and CRM management, currently serving as the Director of Loyalty and CRM at CKE Restaurants, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Apryl held several key positions at The Wendy's Company, including Product Owner for Wendy’s Rewards and Associate Product Owner for Offers, Loyalty, and CRM. Additionally, Apryl has a diverse background in advertising and marketing, with experience as a Senior Account Executive at SBC Advertising and as an Account Executive at adworkshop. Apryl also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Advertising & Promotion at Paul Smith's College and worked as a Research Analyst at the College of Coastal Georgia. Apryl’s educational credentials include an MBA in General Management from Lake Erie College and a BBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Kent State University.
