Ilana Guma

Ilana Guma has a diverse work experience in supply chain and procurement roles. Ilana is currently working as the Head of Supply Chain at Cat Person since August 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Harry's, Inc. for four years, starting as a Chemical Procurement Co-Op and eventually becoming a Senior Manager Global Sourcing. Ilana then worked at MilliporeSigma for two years as an Associate Manager and later as a Manager in Product Development Sourcing. Before that, they gained experience at Mars as a Packaging Buying Operations Specialist and at Johnson & Johnson as a Packaging Procurement Co-Op and a Chemical Procurement Co-Op.

From 2009 to 2013, Ilana Guma attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences.
