Sheridan Brewer

Sheridan Brewer is a Technical Project Manager and Implementation Specialist at CAT Squared since May 2021, following a role as HACCP Supervisor at Land O'Frost where responsibilities included ensuring food safety compliance and training staff. Prior research experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia, focusing on food safety through kombucha fermentation, and a year-long Post-Baccalaureate Research Internship at Oak Ridge National Laboratory studying microbial communities. Sheridan holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Microbiology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additional research experience spans various institutions and projects, reflecting a strong background in microbiology and food safety.
