Javier Serafini

Javier Serafini is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and call center industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at CAT America Media since January 2024, Javier has also held the position of CEO at CAT Technologies Argentina S.A. since March 2003, overseeing operations across multiple countries including Argentina, the USA, Spain, Uruguay, Brazil, and Colombia. As Vice President of CACC Camara Argentina de Centros de Contacto and a long-standing member of the Agrupacion Argentina de Centros de Contacto, Javier has played influential roles in the industry. Previous leadership roles include CEO at CAT Technologies Contact Center do Brazil and General Manager at SEMA Telecoms, BSA Communications S.A., and Sema Priority Call. Javier's educational background includes a Business Administration degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a DPME from IAE Business School, complemented by training at the Disney Institute.
