Srinivas Thota

Srinivas Thota serves as a Vice President of CAT Technology Inc and is responsible for directing the global strategy of Information Technology project and Human Resources. His focus on building and launching talent programs, with a focus on culture and employee engagement. Mr. Thota oversees CAT Technology Inc.’s Information Technology, Human Resources and Financial operations to insure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources. He is responsible for managing the operational procedures, policies, standards and providing the IT infrastructure and services to keep pace with CAT’s tremendous growth.

Srinivas Thota studied Bachelors of Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad and completed a Post Graduation Course In Computer Applications (PGCCA) from CMC Ltd, India. Mr. Thota leads the charge in discovering and mapping out enterprise-wide IT solutions. Technology implementation is impossible without an understanding of the people using the system, and he has an innate relatability that connects the user to the technology through communication, clear instruction, and a good sense of humor.

Prior to joining the CAT Technology Inc in 2001, Mr. Srinivas Thota worked as Deputy Manager, Information Technology for UTI Bank Ltd in Mumbai, India. It is one of the largest private sector bank and merged later with Axis Bank in India. He managed Sun Solaris servers and banking applications/software’s. He was responsible for day to day operations at application and server side. He worked as a Programmer Analyst for Elmer Software PVT Ltd where he developed a Crop Cultivation Analysis software for Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University in Hyderabad. The software was approved by Department of Agriculture, Govt of India, Delhi to deploy in most of the states in India.
