Susan Korsholm Hoej

Susan Korsholm Hoej is currently the Legal Counsel & Head of ESG at CataCap, a Danish private equity fund. Prior to this role, Susan worked as an Attorney at Kromann Reumert specializing in Corporate Compliance, Internal Investigations, and Employment and Labour Law. Susan has also gained experience in various legal roles, including financial regulation, asset management, and fund formation. Additionally, Susan has a background in HR support at Siemens Wind Power and has participated in a business competition in China arranged by Boston Consulting Group, Novozymes, and DJØF. Susan holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and has completed additional legal studies at the University of California, College of Law.
